4 ven chops, sliced very thin 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can of milk one med onion chopped. 4-6 cloves garlic sliced. 4 slices bacon chopped 1T W. sauce 1 cup sour cream 10 oz chopped mushrooms (I used wild ones)
Saute bacon, remove from pan, use remaining fat to saute onion, garlic and mushrooms, remove from pan.
Saute veni, just barely, use a bit of olive oil if necc.
Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, bacon
Dilute mushroom soup with milk, add to meat etc mixture.
S/P to taste, add Worcestershire sauce
Simmer 1/2 hr covered, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream, heat through
Serve over cooked noodles, w/ cukes, tomatoes, green beans, glass of Cabernet Sivignon
Even better next day.
