They do look like a nice concept. Might want to ask on Tradgang...bet there will be someone there with first-hand experience.

So far, in my thumbing around on the web, I have found mixed reviews. Seems like folks either really like them, or don't care much for them. Also, the earlier manufacturing process may have been in question - sounds like that is ironed out now. The chief complaint I've heard is one of being brittle compared to cedar.

Go to Whispering Wind arrows. Several on Trad Gang use them. I have used them for stumping and small game. Can be hard to get straight. Spine is pretty even all the way around. IMHO they are not as good as Surewoods.

I've tried the hexshafts, they were nice and fairly durable but hard to keep straight, And I know Brock at Bull Mtn......He's a heck of a nice fella the builds a pretty decent bow too, he'll treat you right........
