Not bad patterns. You can also get patterns and kits from Tandy Leather or The Leather Factory.
I have thought about making a back quiver from a bobcat. Tube it out and tan it and go from there. I like how they look with the tail & backfeet hanging down and you can make the head into a flap to cover the opening. I have a mtn lion tail that I will use for the strap, if I don't turn it into a sling for my muzzleloader first.

I am thinking of a plain leather quiver, with a covering of marmot or coyote... Which ever happens to come along first!

Let's see... If you stretch it long and go in through the mouth and down the tail... You could probably get 2 or 3 arrows per squirrel. How many squirrels do you want to clip on your back?
Leave the claws so it will self mount on any wool jacket or shirt...

I think that would look pretty neat I mean...how many arrows do you really need anyhow?
