This weather sucks for playing around with a bow 
.I thought
I had a winner but am thinking I jumped the gun and got a
low class bow.I also found out how noisy it is.I shot it at
the same poundage as my Mathews mustang and it was
10 fps slower.But the string is loaded with junk.It has two
string jacks-and a big peep with a garden hose tied to it
and a string loop with one brass nock ring.Not sure but all
that crap is probably worth 10 or more fps.I'm not even
sure if it is close to being in tune.That might be some of
the noise.I was wondering why it had 2 limb savers and
2 BIG jack things on the limbs.I got my Mustang and would
shot an arrow then the Ben Pearson.The Mathews has it
all over the Pearson.I don't know if I should take all the
junk off it and play around or just try to get rid of it.It will
never have the feel of my Mustang.

). So going along with smj ... strip it; stick on nock point or d-loop, sight, rest and nothing else. tune it and shoot. Now you have a base-line for speed and noise and you can compare as you add stuff.
