This is the best by far thaI have made 2 lbs. venison 1lb. pork 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup red wine 1 tbls. salt 1 "white sugar 1 "fennel seeds 2 teaspoons oregano 1" white prpper 1 " basil 1 teaspoon minced garlic chill in freezer and stuff in stuffings. these are the best I've made and we are enjoying them!
