Well I have been shooting a lot of traditional archery lately and have been getting very good. I swore that I loved trad so much that I would never go back to "fiberglass and cable" ;D But I did go shoot some compounds yesterday and while doing so i came across the Martin Cheetah. Now I already own a Mathews but when I shot this bow I just couldn't believe how much I loved it> So I called up Academy and asked if they sold it....and low and behold they sold it cheaper than bass pro did. I hustled over there and picked one up. I used our farm tax exeption card so I didn't even have to pay tax on the thing. I told them that pigs are over running the place and destroying our fields so we needed the bow to thin out the herds ;D ;D and it worked. 399.99 out the door. It came set up with some equipment....nothing really nice but it will do for now. I'll post some pics of it soon but over all I'm very happy with this guy so far.....320 ibo 30in. axal to axal and 3.4 lbs I think it was a steal. What are yall's thoughts on this bow.

Never shot the Cheetah, but I've always been a Martin fan. Everything from their economy priced bows, mid-level, and top-level priced all have been historically great bang for the buck in my book. I've owned a couple and liked them!!

You'd better be posting some hog photos taken with that bow before the tax man reads this!
