It wasn't raining this morning and the sun is out!. Didn't even set my alarm...but I woke up in time to realize that I might just want to take a look. Went out for an hour and although it wasn't raining or too windy....It isn't a deer day. I have never ever shot a deer on a day like today. Dont know how to describe what I see or feel but it's a waste of time and too cold to sit there for no reason. If the wind dies and the sun take ahold....I will be out this afternoon. After a crappy night and morning...they may just be out if it warms. Currently  37°F RealFeel® 34°F Winds: N at 6mphOvercast |

Hmmm, your weather this morning and the experience sounds like my every day up here  Only one thing really different and that is that you actually have deer in your area  Knock 'em this evening  |

With that compund....you would have had 15 targets in the last 3 hours of the day here in Poughkeepsie.
