first i check from bottom of nock to center of peep anywhere from 5.5 inches to 6 is ave shooter 2nd are these mathew strings? if so they are junk and have stretched custom strings are the way to go..check ata brace and tiller if they re off get new string and cable i own mathews first thing i do is change string and cable went through this for me bucknasty strings 20-30 shots string settled peep never moved.. plus don't you shoot a lot? mathews mustang right this gets me thinking string is stretched.......

I dont actually tie arount the peep that way but the rest is just the way I do it. Tedicast is making some good points here as well..

I always do, that way the peep will never move, and more importantly, I've found that it prevents the string from fuzzing around the area that contacts the peep. Also, that looks like a Winners Choice string, and if so, should not be stretching. If it is, contact them, and they will make good on it. Best string in the business, and a great manufacturer who stands behind their product.
