Does the part attached to the bow swivel? If not suing a board may restrict lateral function. I've used several pods that I made or purchased, all restricted movement, were not quickly adjustable or were less portable than I had hoped. Why I reported on Horton's pod favorably. No, it does not swivel, like say, the Steady Eddy does. I was going to go initially with the steady eddy, but it does not work with the accessory adapter I have on my bow. Why Bowtech did not drill and tap for sling mounts is absolutely beyond me This bipod I stole off my varmint rifle. I'll get a pivoting bipod for the crossbow when I come up with some extra $$. Does the Horton Kneepod swivel?

The Horton knee pod does not swivel, it does not have to since it's between your knee and your bow, shifting the foot places the bow where you want it. Does not depend on the floor you're shooting from for support. And since it isn't attched to the bow, you can decide in a moment if you want to use it or not.

The top part of mine turns 360 degrees, gives left to right or vice versa. Is that what you wanted to know if the top swiveled? Thanks PeashooterJoe

Misinterpreted your question, my bad. It DOES swivel as Joe says.
