Your 40 yards out when viewing this Buck. He hasnt moved from this position in 5 minutes and is still feeding.

No shot for me - I can hit that small vital window 2 out of 4 on a normal day and 4 out of 4 on a real good day; but hunting is generally not my real good day. I'll wait for a better shot ...

That's a tough shot. Just a little off left, or right, and you have some serious problems. I'll wait for him to turn some more.

I don';t recommend a 40 yard texas heart shot!! i'd hold off for something more broadside

No rush here...he is obviously relaxed and feeding. We know deer like to browse when feeding, only a matter of time before he moves to allow a shot. Also, plenty of daylight left (it is not like this is a last light opportunity)...enjoy the view and visualize the shot in your head...you'll be taking it in a very short perioid of time.

I've shot deer at that angle but not that far. I'll wait with everyone else for him to turn.
