I have 6 Carbon Express Maxima 250's.Most 26"some 25". They shoot great at the ranges I'll be hunting at.I would like to try the 150"s but every time I look at a chart I fall in no-mans land.Right now I am at 53 lbs at 26" arrow. Thats right on the dividing point! But I also know if it's cold in Sept I might have to drop down a few lbs.I don't know if it's better to be at the top of one or the bottom of the other. If they both shoot well then I am only dealing with the lighter arrow shooting flatter but am loosing wt. I also don't know how the 250"s will do at 50 lbs or less. Today the 26" with 85 gr shoot like the 25"with 100 gr points. But at the close ranges it makes little differance. When I picked up my new bow I had a mess of arrows very tight and they were all different lengths and fletchings. At 20 yards it doesn't seem to make a lot of differance.I'm not sure at what distance it starts to change.

Have you tried them with fixed blade broadhead?. Broadheads seem to pick out spine issues faster than anything else, IMO.

I shot my Rouge-X with both a 200 and 300 X-Weave arrow. At 20 yards they group together. I don't see a change in flight till around 30+ yards. The Rouge-X is set at 60 lbs +/- with a 28.5" arrow and a 29" DL.

I always set the test range at the 30 yard mark because it was far enough to pick up errors and close enough to still shoot without error that might self inflicted....such as the visual, on my part.
Most errors I have seen (in flight) start at 25 yards.
