What a day.
:-[picked up my bow at 11:00.Bill
has 6+ hours on it and even called others to help. The
roller gard that we figured was wrong ended up being
the correct one.I had this bow shooting like a dream.I
had marked my cam with white out and had a scribe mark.
The mark was half an inch off.I kept saying to Bill how
can changing the roller gard cause this.He said I have the
power cable twisted up as far as I can go.I took a shot
or two and went home.I have to figure what arrows and
broadheads I will use for turkey.I coulden't hit crap
.I said
this is not the bow I had last week.I lost a half inch of draw
and it was week.I called Bill and said we have a problem
.
He said bring it right back. When I got there he was on the
phone with a guy from California. The guy makes strings and
told bill the winners choice cables are coming through crap.
Bill found a Barracuda cable and we put it on and my mark was
right on the money. The winners choice is only 6-7 months old.
And we had to twist it 3 times since new.I had kept the factory
cable and for grins I said lets compare them. The newer one
was a half an inch longer than the old one I replaced.Bill gave
me the new cable and said he will have his friend make me
one out of 452x string when he gets back from his shoot in
Calif. All the time I'm shooting I hear old tom gobbling out
in the pasture where I hunt.I have to get this all ready by
Mon.
