Wow, that is amazing 1100grain arrow, 90lbs bow, huh. Proof that most of us mere mortals are better off hunting dangerous game with a .458 Win Mag.

I saw this video and took notice of the fact that each shot was placed (I believe) in a very specific area. Was the shot between the ribs intentionally?.....I would bet. I dont remember how long ago it was but I remember the same kind of demonstration being done with a super light shaft with the same results. I think it was a promo for the old bacon skinner head. An elephant is like pretty much any animal when you remove the bone.....filled with mushy stuff that doesn't inhibit penetration Aside from that, all you have is a very durable hide which is durable....not impenetrable
