I wish I had my PC up so I could show pics, but I'm putting an office together, and all my stuff is everywhere.

Anyway, I just got a chrono for my birthday, and decided to check out the difference in speed without the speed nocks....WOW...7 fps slower without.

So, now I have to wait for more daylight to attach some more, and find the best spot on the string to get that speed back, and maybe some more.
