Now...questions... Whats your aiming method? Instinctive, reference, point of aim, other?. Are you hitting 25" with that draw? What arrows are you using?. Off the shelf?. Whats the outside yardage where you are grouping?. Lots to talk about here...stop making me pull it out of you!

Also reveals if my right eye took over aiming (arrow will point off to the right) which sometimes happens. I actually draw almost 26". Off the shelf, bow slightly canted. The Axis Obsession 500's cut to 28" and a 150 grain tip shoot very well. I have not really shot this bow beyond 15yds. I'm focusing on my form and consistency now.

also been working on a few guitars, 2 Ibanez hollowbody electrics done, a early 60's Candy red Kay re-issue es-335 in the process, and an early Les Paul copy in waiting, wish I could play them as well as I fix them, lol, lol Now your talking my language. How long have you been working on guitars? I've been working on them and playing them for over 20 years now.

Focus on form while getting to know a new set up is a great idea! To many don't take the time up front to do this - and end up spending a lot more time trying to figure things out - with no clue about what might be happening, out on the range. Let the compounds get jealous, it will shoot just fine when you get back to it!

Ditto smj I generally start at 10 and after a few days I go to 15 and 10 and after a couple of weeks I'll start 20-15&10. doing walk ups and walk backs is the fastest way for me to get back in the groove. Keep it up

Spiker, I just started about a month or so ago, got 6 already, picked up a Kramer Baretta last evening for $50, spent half the night fixing it, sounds real nice too, and also added some cool skull & bones pewter(pickguard, humbucker rings, truss cover) to the 335, if pirates had played the guitar, this is the one they would play.... it looks awesome!
