Jen and I took a quick trip to Algonquin Archers, the club we became members of this week. They keep a course set up year round. They had 12 targets out being winter time today. It is obvious that this is a very traditional oriented club, as most of the targets were 20 - 25 yards. It was perfect for Jen though. She shot extremely well, even outshot me on a couple targets! It was a gorgeous day, and I think it actually got her more hooked on archery if thats possible!! Here are a few pics I took of Jen shooting today. Jen shooting a standing bear. This was her worst target of the day, as she caught a branch and it deflected an arrow which we never found. She was upset, but I told her it won'y be the last arrow she loses! ;D Here she is about to smoke another bear... and here is a pic of her shooting....

You're gonna regret introducing her to this John!! She's going to be as addicted as you!! I'll start looking for a deal on arrows for you two!! Just give me the specs!! ;D ;D In all seriousness, you are one lucky man to have your wife enjoying the same activities as you. I'm envious. Congrats Mrs. Tedicast!! Now shoot em down like a dog!!! ;D ;D

Hurray for the lady! Way to go Jen!....glad to see you back at it. How did the shoulder feel afterwards? It felt great and I wish the course would have been longer. It's probably better that it was a short course to ease my shoulder into it. Can't wait for this weekend!

Now how did you convince her to go and start that? I didn't convince her... it was her idea. I asked her to come along on a 3D shoot with us all, and be our photographer. After going to the shoot, she was hooked. I wasted no time in getting her shooting!!!
