Today was a blast. It was Kris(BT), Paul(VonOtto), John(NerdHick), Greg (Skipmaster), Jen (Mrs.Tedicast), and myself. It was good to get together with the guys, it has been awhile for me. Lots of laughs, it definitely helped me. The food...O.M.G.!!! Kris, you out did yourself with the r ibs, and the sausage and peppers was incredible!!! I'm ready for more now thinking about it!

The course was tough, but fun. Here are some pics from today...

Everytime Paul pulled one of Jens arrows, it was a struggle to get it away from him... I think it had something to do with the pretty pink blazers! ;D ;D Here NerdHick is snatching the arrow back for Jen.

I had a blast today! So did Jen. It was good to get part of the group back together. Definitely would have been even better with Scotty, Dan, Virg, and Cliff.

I have to thank some people here. John, I have only met you a couple times, and barely know you. It was very generous of you to let me borrow your TRU-Ball King George release. I really appreciate it.

Kris..I can't thank you enough for the time you spent teaching Jen and I the basics of shooting a recurve, and sending us both home with everything we need to practice with. That was above and beyond, and we both thank you!

You missed a good time Dan...especially the food. Kris ribs were 10 times better then the N.Dutchess ribs. They melted in your mouth!!!

Yeah...thats a Posten. I was playing around with Jens Posten on the Dren, and I really liked the added weight and length, so I ordered one, with the weight kit.

I had a blast today. it was a tough course but fun none the less. I was really impressed with Jens shooting. she kept right up with us and shot better than us on many targets.....not an easy feat with some of these targets and a "slower" bow. she even took to the recurve like a fish to water. I would love to do it again this summer and get a few more people in on it.
