I'm thinking about getting some High Country Speed Pro arrows to play with. I'll be very close to 5gpp with a 100grain tip. Two questions: These arrows are very overspined my setup. Is that going to matter a heck of alot out of a compound with a drop away rest shooting with a release? Question #2: FOC is going to be 17%. Any foreseeable problems there? I don't think that it'll be an issue, but then again I only know enough to be dangerous

I can't say about the FOC..but, my wife was shooting my Predators before getting her own arrows, and she was shooting amazing with them.(250s @ 42#) That's way overspined. The only difference I noticed was the weight. The GT Ultralight 600s zip waaaay faster.

17% is going to hurt your trajectory but it should be offset by the grain drop on the shaft. However...JMO....I would rather build on a shaft that meets spine to allow a wider choice of head weights.
I am not saying you should but.... I would rather look at a CX150 @25" or comparable shaft

Just added it up and if you went CX150 @ 25" with a 85gr. point you would be 5.1gpp Thats a rockin set up with an estimated 11.5 % FOC Just an FYI
