Yes...that is the release I use.
I would love to be able to walk through each and every test that they did on the broadheads but it is near midnight and I have to get up early.
Here are some things that I noted.
#1: I can shoot better than their machine!
If you look at all my '06 tests this is verified by the comparison shots fired from a known perfect flier as opposed to the test head.
In cases where both heads ended up being passing heads the shot groups were nearly disastrous in as much as the grouping was tight enough to destroy arrows at times.
#2: anyone notice how the failing heads were grouping low and left and all hit low?
Their bow was out of tune.
#3: They said that the After shock showed no wear. ;D
Duhhhhh! ..... the blades never deployed and the head became lodged in the plywood ;D ;D
#4: They were surprised that a Muzzys blades bent?
Are these people new to the sport?
(like yesterday arrivals!)
Who doesn't know that?!
#5:I said I wanted to retest the Easton from a few weeks back because I felt that I could make this head pass in flight and this testing showed me that I was right.
Perhaps with a correctly spined arrow and 5" vanes/feathers
#6: 35yrds and they couldn't hit the bulls eye with the Sonic,Turbo or spitfire
Gimme a break!
;D
That only confirms what I have said in the past as to broadhead testing and machines.
Machines wont tell you what a head can do.
Anyone that saw Judgment call will tell you that all of our passing heads grouped in a 1" area from 30 yards. when skipmaster did the shooting.
That pretty much shows that man is indeed better than machine
#7: As I stated some time ago.
The machine is indeed what I will acquire before going into shaft testing and this tape provides evidence of it's ability to confirm real statistics when shooting field points.
Over all it was a feel good show for me because it shows that I am providing something that even the big factory's cant
