I have two 25 pound dumbells. Every morning it is 3 sets of 30 curls, 3 sets of 50 wrist curls forward, 3 sets of 15 wrist curls backwards. I also do 3 sets of 30 tricept extensions over the head, and three sets of 30 military press. Really not a lot of weight, but it sure helps on lots of things! (Like setting new fence posts up at Dannys ranch on the weekends...) After the valve job they gave me, I was told not to do heavy weights anymore, so I started doing this and had to build up to it! I'd prefer real weight training, but this amount seems to cover the bases real well. Just my 2 cents!

Here is my two cents worth, I also lift weights and it is part of my year round conditioning program. I do alot of heavy exercises but the one that helps me with archery, is called flys, or some call it butterflys. I use two dumb bells lay flat on my back on a bench. Then I take the dumb bells and hold the straight up from my side with palms facing each other. Then spread my arms apart at the same time bennding my elbow, like I was getting ready to hug a big tree or big mama. I keep that position as I lower my arms to the side. Then ibring them back up to the top and do another rep. You can also use a maching to do this with at the local gym. Good luck.
