I seem to have added about 10 fps to the Mustang with the ripcord over the W/B.I have a new string and have been playing around but think it is shooting much better.4 3" feathers 85 gr F/P I got 242 fps.with the W/B. Same arrow 252 fps with Ripcord.Went from 44.35 KE to 48.10 KE.Still have 3 months to play around before I will have my hunting rig the best it can be for me

I wouldn't have though it to be honest. Then again.....I have never chrono'd the differences between rests other than the biscuit. Sounds like your moving forward in a positive way

Did you chrony the WB before or after you put on the new string? I could definitely see that increase with a new string and a drop away. That is great though!

After the post I got to thinking some of the speed had to come from the string and trying to make tiller adjustment's I'm starting to get NUTS with this bow and just want to get to a place where I JUST SHOOT.I had the new string re-twisted after I shot a few 100 shots.I put a mark on the cam and it moved 3/8 of an inch.We twisted it back to the mark.I might have picked up a pound or two.The bottom line is I am getting more out of it,it shoots better with the Ripcord, and I still have not topped the bow out.I don't have a scale so can only check it at the shop.I thing it is around 51-52?

Sounds like it is working out for you there ofb! The new string is most likely a factor in the speed change. A good tool to pick up is a hand scale. They are cheap, and even if they are not right on the money, you can at least tell if your draw weight is staying the same, or changing...
