1/2 pound bacon, diced 2 1/2 pounds potatoes, cleaned and sliced thin 2 medium onions, sliced 1 1/2 - 2 pounds venison steak or stew meat 3 TBLS. worchestershire sauce 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 - 15 oz. cans of creamed corn
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain. In a 5 qt. crockpot, layer in the ingredients. First potatoes, then onions, then venison, then bacon, then worchestershire, then sugar & salt and top it off with pouring the creamed corn over the top so it covers everything completely. Don't stir. Cover and cook eith 6-8 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
To make this even easier I like to cook extra bacon at breakfast and have it ready to add to the crockpot when I get it going.
