I think that they are in cahoots with the deer and that the deer are using them as an early warning device. ;D

We have this same thing happen every year here. I don't know if it is the same ones or not, but here it is the European Starling. They sound exactly like that as near as I can tell from that video. damn annoying if you ask me. I know birds of prey love to eat them though. I've seen different types of hawks just snatching them of the air before.

I believe that these are grackles. I had a similar experience here in NC about a month ago. I was on stand when a flight of them came in. There were so many of them that they caused some limbs to break off of the trees that they landed in!

I agree with oldfarms. Not sure if thats the proper name for em but I have always been taught they are black birds. Can't forget that screech! Looks almost like a scene from Alfred Hitchcocks "Birds"
