I had a really good day today...surprised the heck out of me the way things normally go. I needed to put together a backup bow for the upcoming hog hunt.....so I pulled the Mach X out of hiding... Jimmy from Flying Arrow had already hooked me up with some new bearings for the upper wheel, so I pressed it and changed them out....man I love my press...it saves so much money, it's definitely paid for itself allready... I was working down in Albany today, and I needed a peep, and some string loop material, so I stopped into a local shop, and after talking with the owner for a while, he offered me a Sword Acu-Site for a good price...man, what a day....check this sight out, it really is nice. That brings me to the rest...I threw on a Bowtech Hostage rest that I had laying around, and I'll tell you what...so far it's a better WB.... No fletch contact to ruin your ....fletch.. ;D I shot some awesome groups with this setup today...it was tuned right from the start, I mean not one adjustment...I swear....if only everday could go this smooth......I know, I know........ ;D........

I no longer have a backup bow. I gave my Parker away almost a year ago. Something to definitely think about for the future.

Yes, its a shame your draw length is so short....I dont have anything under 28.....I've never had to use a back up, but you never know..

They are small! I think they are the .010s.. I have no problem with one eye closed...they are "pin" point, but.. I have noticed that with both eyes open they are a little blurry..not bad, but I think that I might have to swap them out for some .019s for faster sight acquisition...

Looks like you got a good deal. I have to say I personally like the .010s for targets. I will have to agee I would rather have .019s on for hunting.
