I started keeping a notebook on my bow.I have a hard time remembering what I had for breakfast not less all the things I do to this bow.It helps when you can go back and see where you stated if you need to go back to a setting. Yesterday I bottomed out the Mustang.I had only 3/4 turn on the top limb and 1/4 on the bottom .Thats where some of my extra speed came from.I shot the bow it did not shoot well .I came back 1/4 turn on the top two times.I did the bottom and ended up where I had started. The bow shoots great and I only was 1/4 turn off on the top limb. Now I will shoot and record my groups with out makeing any more adjustments :-XYa right ;D

Now what fun would a compound bow be if you didn't have to constantly tinker with it? Good note keeping's a must, IMO.

Thats the way to do it Also.....a good way to find a pattern over time which may lead you toward better tuning techniques.
