i've been using quickspins lately and i really like the groups that i've been getting and the lower profile verses the blazers lets me get past my cable with more clearence since the cable is so close to the path of the arrow. i havent noticed the whiskers being damaged by the raised lip yet, but i've been told that they will damage them in time and my local pro shop told me not to use them because i'll loose acuracy with the biscuit. does anyone else shoot the quickspins through a biscuit, i'd like to stay with them but now i'm not sure if it's a good idea.

I don't but I have know some folks who have an the end results were pretty much what you are being told.....sort of. What I was told is that the biscuit ruined the vanes rather that the vanes ruining the rest. Have you tried using 2 quick spins as opposed to three? If not, try it if you can get access to a 4 fletch jig. When set in the rest with vanes at 2 and 8 O'clock, they control the arrow just as well with less drag. NAP techs and I were testing this out at the same time before the quick spin was released and we all felt (those that I talked too) that the quick spin was better utilized in two fletch as opposed to three. Just something for you to try

I did try the quick spins when I had the WB and found they wrinkled the fletches. I did not find it hurt the flight much but I did have to replace them more often. Now that I am shooting a drop away rest I may try the quick spins again. Interseting thought.
