It's a pain trying to get my free little level -level- with out locking it down to the point if its not right I cant get it off I had it on yesterday with two little plastic pull straps and it seemed level .I put it on today with epoxy and hope I have it on level . The epoxy takes 24 hours so I should be able to remove it in the morning if I shoot it and it is still off . I can see now that I needed it but just starting I had two many things going on to deal with a level .I even took out 2 pins for a while so I could just concentrate on one pin and shooting 20 yds.The more I shoot on unlevel ground the nicer it is to have a reference point . It still takes a little getting used to .I'm not sure if I'm supposed to see the level and pin together, or just use the level to check my position then concentrate on my pin

I use the level to set myself and then concentrate on the target , using the pin as secondary image within my line of sight. When I concentrate on the pin itself , many times that is what causes me to error.
