I have made some observations (comparisons) between the old Horton Stag and the new Parker Terminator. See below... IMG]http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x257/tdickens58/100_1677.jpg[/IMG] 1. The Terminator is prettier! 2. The terminator has a 4 X scope that I like, but the Stag has a three dot sight that in use in the backyard I think I like better because of the larger field of view. Remember, these are my opinions! 3. The Stag is louder. I like the terminator because it is quieter. 4. The Stag is lighter. I like that! 5. The Terminator is faster! 320 Fps range compared to the Stag at around 250 - 260 ish. 6. For shear enjoyment of shooting the Stag is easier to shoot, because it's cocking span is shorter. 7. The three dot sight like I said before is great, but I worry about it being more fragile and because it's electronic more prone to breakage. 8.Overall, if I trusted the three dot sight more, I think I would like to have it on the Terminator. 9. They both shoot very well (in my opinion) although I need to get used to the terminator's extra weight. 10. I think I will be comfortable with either one in the Fall, but because the Terminator has more oomph, I'll be more prone to use it. Here are a couple extra pics... i184.photobucket.com/albums/x257/tdickens58/100_1682.jpg[/IMG]Just thought I'd share.

On the 4X scope....how are you adjusting for yardage ?

It has four horizontal crosshairs. The first (top) on I sighted in at twenty yards. The rest are lined up to 30, 40, and 50 supposebly by the factory to match the arrow drop.
From what I can tell from the limited shooting I've done so far, those additional crosshairs are not exact, but a reference point.
I'm not one to take shots over 25 yards with a bow and will probably stick to that rule with the Xbow. So those additional yardage markers won't mean al ot to me. (I hope) (:

I have the three dot as you have on the other. I like it but it does have a tendency to block and halo at times.
