Well guys, youre gonna get a break from my constant posting At 9am tomorrow, I'm headed to Il for my 5 day bow hunt, 3 day gun hunt. The weather should be in my favor and the rut should be in full swing. My gear is tuned and I'm ready. As long as a big one gets in range, he'll be going on a roadtrip I'll be filling in Rayzortech and BT on how I do while i'm there. They can keep you guys posted. Wish me luck guys. Good luck to all of you as well. i fully expect to see these pages filled with monster bucks and smiling members when I return.

thanks guys. I am ready as I'll ever be. I just need to get on some deer to get it done. either way I'm there to have some fun and relax, reguardless of what I do or do not shoot.
Votto- I'm set on using the turbo with the Trykon. I'm still kicking around the idea of using the recurve for the first 2 or 3 days. I'd be using the Razor Shark with that. I'm only bowhunting for 5 days so I may just stick to my Hoyt. It'll increase my chances greatly. Under the right conditions I'll shoot out to 60 yds with it. If I tag a buck early, I'll hit the woods with the recurve for a doe. My muzzleloader is belching a 250grain TC Shockwave with 100 grains of pyrodex behind it.

I was laid up in bed last night with stomach flu and missed the send off I think the Hoyt/Turbo is a pretty good choice under the circumstances and the recurve Doe sounds like a good way to fill in some down time if the bucks cooperate early in the week. Here is wishing Greg the best of luck
