Yesterday I made the dive into the free market. Very weird feeling to be the only one you can count on but at the same time , thats the way I have always felt it is  This is going to take alot of time away from my schedule as I solicit work and get my name out there but hopefully it wont completely put an end to my free time  More than likely I'll just be able to hit the site in the mornings other than posting a test which should be toward evening on the day it comes out. Pretty scary stuff to be honest but if I don't allow myself the opportunity to fail , I also don't allow myself the opportunity to succeed.  At least thats the way I see it  |

Go get em BT....I respect your courage for stepping out to try something when alot of us just dream of doing....(me being one of them). But my day will come.

Good luck BT - I hope it goes well for you ... with the little business venture I started here I haven't cut the umbilical cord with the paycheck yet; but when the time comes I'll have butterflies too. Eureka is a small town and other than outsiders passing thru - I have decided quality work and word of mouth will do my advertising for me just fine ... seems to be business doubles each year.
Your right that first step is scary but worth it ... for me there came a point in time where I wanted to quit - I just had to dig deep and keep faith.

Don't give it a second thought Kris! You have all the qualities to be successfully on your own. You've taken the most important step, and the rest will be easy compared to that!!!  Good luck on your new venture, but don't let it keep you away from your passion....this board , and your bows!! |
