Another really easy way to cook ribs:
It's a good idea to par boil them first for a half hour at least.
I use Duck Sauce, or an apricot glaze like Saucy Susan. Just grill on medium heat, and keep turning, and basting....they come out amazing..
They will however, make a mess of the grill..
