Just got my wac-ems in the mail and had to try them. The jury is still out So far I'm not jumping up and down.Got me to looking at the Mathews and I noticed the upper string is jumping the rubber dampener replaced it 3 weeks ago when it popped out.I just got off the phone with my pro and he thinks he might have to adjust the brace height. He said he would have to look at it,but was going to call Mathews any way and run it by them. Its tough doing things over the phone.I do gun bluing and some times I have to say to the person "HOLD IT CLOSER TO THE PHONE I CAN'T SEE IT" ;D ;D ;D.I usually get dead silence on the other end when they are trying to figure out if I'm NUTS

Well if those heads don't fly then you have some real issues Trust me....I shot those heads @ 327fps and they were among the best flying heads I have ever seen. Keep in mind that this was on a weak spined shaft which would pick up any fault within the head I am not sure what you are saying about the bow though

If your string is blowing past the string suppressor then it's out of spec. The bow performs best when everything is in spec- Brace height, axle to axle ect need to be as close as possible to factory specified mesurments. For instance my bow is set 7 1/2 brace height AtA is 31 shelf side and 31 1/8 on the other side. Those as well as making sure the cam is in time (yes SOLOCAMS need timed although not as critical as on a duel cam bow)
I'm guessing you have the factory string and cable on the bow, and it likely creeped on you(they do this, although I hear other company's strings dont') throwing the bow out of spec. This happens with the Zebra strings, eventually they will stop creeping. A few twists here and there on the string/cable yolks should have you back in action, although you'll likely have to resight the bow afterwards. If your Pro can't get you up and going, holler, you can send it to me, I have a press and the patience needed to get it back in spec. Also...this may explain why your broadheads are not flying too well. Hope this helps some, let me know if I can be of more help, Ster

Yes BT the mustang looks a little different , but that is where it jumps the string. They look like two hooked fingers that the string pushes agenst. When I called my pro I asked if they could be switched.the top one is bigger he said pull it out and it should have an (I) on it.IT did so he thinks it is the brace that he said he could fix.We had the string of last week when he installed the new serving.I was going back to have him turn the string because my peep now is not like before in that I get the string through the middle of the hole.It never did that before. With the dampener out I can see the string is past the center of the rectangular hole the dampener fits in. The wac-ems had there moments but I for now I think it is me or the string pushing through the rubber dampener. We were rushing when we put the string on and we never checked anything because I had someplace to go. This Pro is always there for me -seems to always tell me the truth and NEVER trys to sell me anything. And always tells me when something is no good or over rated or I just don't need it >:(I'll stick with this guy for ever.I have been there when people come in and they say the "pros" from Cabela's sent them ;D

yeah if you had the string off, and your peep is rotated, it's out of spec.Sounds like your guy will fix you up. Good luck, Ster

When Jen first starting shooting shooting my Mathews Outback with the 40 pound limbs, she was having the string off the suppressor after almost every shot. I could shoot the bow 100 times, and not have it happen.I had shot this bow for the past 3 years, thousands and thousands of shots and not had it happen. The bow was perfectly in spec. It is possible to torque the bow enough to make this happen. Just something to think about.

Tedicast: my Pro said that was one possibility when I called him.For now I am thinking it might have something to do with just have had the string off. .I haven't had time to get it back to him.I know that my peep sight has rotated since we put the string back on. I'm clueless ,and will let the Pro tell me what he thinks is doing it.I try and hold the bow as lightly as I can,but anything is possible

Only reason I was thinking it was out of spec was because he hadn't had this problem until now,so I figured it was a change in the bow. Ster
