I use a short and sweet also, but mine is the "S1" with the forward trigger.

I have been using my Sons old Cobra.I bought a Scott that my Pro recimended. It had a buckle that he said puts it in the same position every time. The only problem is it didn't come with a cute little blond to help me put it on .In my case I need 3 hands . I wear gloves most of the time because I will wear them hunting, but started wearing them to see if they would help desensitize my punching the triger and giving me loosnes in my grip.It seemed to help .I returned the Scott and might try anouther next year.I will put mine on before I go in the woods.I put it on,pull it tight and allways check my finger position

I have 2 different ones I like. I use the James Green Gator Jaw on my Grizzly. It was given to me with my first compound and I just stuck with it when I got the Grizzly. On the Vectrix I use the TRU Ball Trail Boss. While they are different from each other I haven't had a problem switching back and forth. And it was given to me also, a buddy didn't like it so I said I would give it a try.

I've used a Scott Caliper for a long, long time. I contend that I may be missing something, but it's just never given me a reason to switch or try another.

For some reaon, I'd occasionally get a "hang-up" on most caliper style releases. (probably something on my end) Anyway, never experience that with the hook style, like on the Carter Quickie. Going to have to save up for a backup...just in case in gets lost on a hunt. Do most of you guys have 2 matching releases? Wouldn't be a problem around home, but if I was on a paid hunt in IL or elsewhere...
