I have the Bowtech VFT Extreme set-up and was tuning it Sun. Well, what I remembered is, that I have an arm guard and I wasnt using it. Want to know how I found out??? I bet you can easily guess. I havent been wearing it for quite a while. Sun, after getting tuned at 20yds, I decided to try and experiment. I decided to try shooting with a high wrist. It felt great. What I didnt do was bend my elbow slightly. Man did it leave a mark. As a matter of fact, it is still there.

Ouch I had a kid stop by the shop last fall ... his bow was 3" too long for him. By the third shot he had drawn blood ... but he was still shooting until we got him to shorten up. By then the poor kid was scared of the bow.
