I voted 80#'s but it depends. may be a few less or more depending on the bow.

Currently 65 was shooting 70 until this year.

I've always been a 70 lb. shooter, but I'll be switching to 60 when the Fire arrives. I am sure I'll enjoy the lighter weight on wicked cold mornings.

Had a little trouble the other night with it at 60lb. it has been to long since my last shooting times.
