I didn't NEED 80# limbs. Right now I shoot mid 70's and with this new cam I'm gonna go up a bit. Maybe 80-85. I am looking for a few hunts in the future. maybe africa, grizzly and elk for sure. I usually buy 80# limbs. I can go up to 86 or down to 67 with no difference in performance, because of the pivoting limb pockets

Just ordered my Vectrix XL last night. Being a camo bow, I hope I get it faster than the 6-8 weeks I have heard for target colors. Being a 31.5" draw, I know it's not the most common cam size they will have.

I just bought my eleven year old son the HOYT Trykon Sport. He picked it out and loves it. It is set at 35 lbs. now but can be cranked to 50. He is looking forward to his first season hunting deer.

That is so great! I remember that day when my sons each came to be able to have their first new bows It's as good for you as it is for them

I really LOVE that bow. The owner of the shop I go to hurt is shoulder changing a transmission. He has been going to rehab and couldn't shoot his bow. He has been shooting a sport a few times a night. i was there and tried it. He had it set at 53#'s and 28" draw. I was thinking that it would make a perfect Turkey Blind bow for an adult. It shot really nice. Congrats. i wish your son the best with it.
