I was curious, is there a huge difference between a crossbow target, and a bow target ... meaning could a crossbow target be used by a compound bow shooter? I blew mine out and am looking for another one, but all there seems to be on most of the shelves at the moment are crossbow targets. Any suggestions, please let me know.  I was kind of looking at the McKenzie targets, but heard others are better. |

Most crossbow targets are built to take 350 to 400 pfs shots. I would think you would be fine with a CB target. I went to look at a Spyder Web Target and got the owner to use a 200 lb crossbow to shoot an arrow at the target at 10 yards. Went in about 4 or 5 inches  and can out real easy.  I order one. I checked out the Spyderweb site..interesting, but it doesn't look like you can shoot broadheads at it.  www.spyderwebtargets.com/swt.htmlI can't seem to find any pricing on them though...  I'll stick with the Rhinehart for now.  |

I'll be looking into the target you mentioned Spiker ... I don't need anything real fancy here at the house, I just need something I can use to stay consistant, and actually improve!
