That is really cool. Thanks for posting that; I love home-made production like that. Great music too; man you've got some talent!
Had my 11 yr old daughter out the last 2 mornings for her first hunt ever for turkey (shotgun). It is youth and archery only season the first two weeks of April here. I called a nice big one up for her yesterday morning, but "tom-fever" got the best of her and she hesitated too long. I tried to video it with my camera, but old dad was shaking too much too. LOL! She didn't shoot and big boy sauntered off. Ha, ha!! Good times.

Those turkeys are something, you see the way those three toms all move as one? Crazy. I can't wait for the season to start. I hope your daughter gets one, that will be really cool!  |

Great video Spiker and the music with it is great My season here opens on April 19 and after watching this video I can't wait to get out there and try to put another one down with my bow  . I joined my locale chapter of the NWTF and I am on the committee and our banquet is on the 10th of April. Looks like we will have a good turn out but we will see. |

The Hens are nesting, the Tom's are tuckered out, and the Jakes are trying to get straggler hens while the big boys are laying low. |

Seen about a dozen this past weekend. Mostly Jakes and some Hens, but counted 4 nice Tom's ... one in particular was a matter of interest to me. He was about a 1/4 mile behind all the others, taking his time getting where he was going. When he finally got there, he was all swollen up ... and I wasn't able to locate the end of his beard. Speculation is that it's around 12" - 13" but that's just a guess.

Spiker, Hey brother that was awesome. I love your music and definitely agree with snoodslapper. You have some talent my friend. Those old boys were putting on some shows huh. I saw at least 5 toms out there. Nail em to the ground. |
