Despite the cost, I'll be looking at these as my next target purchase. The reported FP and BH use and its obvious durability look like it will make it cost effective overall. Other than having to refletch from only have one dot at a time available.
What if RhineHart took one of the larger circle sides and created 4 mini-dots instead of the 'cross/target'.

The target I have has 4" and 6" dots which is perfect for me since I like to shoot at both depending on the bow I am using at the time. I agree though that it would be an easy marketing tool to provide some of each as orders dictate.

Guys, are the 18-1 cube and vitals deer made of the same material? In other words, can I shoot thousands of broadheads at the vital deer like the cube, or is the deer meant more for field points. Their website was cool but didn't go into much detail about the specifics.

I have both and they are both faring as well under broadhead impacts. The fact that the deer vitals are smaller means that you will not get as many shots as the 18 in 1 but the replacement is also alot less expensive when it does come time to rebuild the deer I believe they are both the very same material....I cannot tell as there is any difference at all.

Well, I can't believe that this thing is still staying together, I don't think that they had Montecs, Bunker Busters, Turbos and Silver Flames in mind when they came up with the warranty though! Check this out..maybe three months? It's still got some kick left to it, although most of the faces are shot out....this is Rinehart's explanation of "shot out", to where they will warranty the cube. It starts off saying, "If you can wear out the Rinehart 18-1 Target within a full year, using field points, broadheads, or expandables, we'll replace it." Then in the warranty they spell out the terms... "In order to qualify for this warranty, all 18 sides of the target must be degraded such that an arrow penetrates to the nock. Each target face must have a minimum three inch arrow grouping." No problem, give me till October!
