Well, it all started Sat morning when I opened the garage, and put my Monster XLR8 behind the truck on it's stand, took out the targets, and went back in to use the bathroom.
I came back out, and saw that I had parked a little too close to the wall, and the wheelbarrow wheel was touching my quarter panel.
I jumped in, and slowly backed up to only hear...that's right..the bow hitting the deck...dammit..
Upon inspection, the outer edge of the limb was chipped up pretty good..I've dropped Hoyts out of trees, and never saw damage like this...my limb pocket brackets took a good hit as well....dammmmmmmit.
So, I took it down to the dealer who said it looked to be cosmetic, and that the limbs weren't damaged, just the finish.
Ok...so I experiment with different shaft lengths, and find the perfect spine/weight for my bow...chrono it...and...349!!!?
So much for speed nocks...just hit your bow with a truck.
