I just posted this thought on another forum and I want to run this past our members here. Prostaff for companies rarely have female shooters Before anyone starts listing them , let me finish my thought here Independent bowhunters who are female....can you list those? Someone who isn't riding here husbands/boy friend / family ties to a product. Who are they?.....are they needed? I say...I dont know of any and if there are some , there are not enough for me I am tired of watching one guy with one mindset a bagging yet another animal to be very honest Our staffers are qualified and perform a great service but what they cannot do is represent 100% of our community We need (IMO) a Pro staffer who can fill that void....and so do the rest of those out there who utilize sportsmen to represent thier products or services

Yeah! .... that's what I am talking about right there. These present shooters arent even for real. Nothing against Tiffany but how did she get to where she is?.
I want to see real people who came out of the ashes and someone that talks straight like they did prior to becoming a pro.
Kinda like one of my favorite Pro's.....old whats his name
;D

Not because they have true hunting ability.

agreed! It's fine if you happen to be a real looker...heck! , I'm all for that But.... if thats the reason you got to where you are then as the adage goes....beauty is only skin deep Reality is what I want and I'll settle for what I get after that. If I want to see a pretty girl with a bow , I'll pick up a Martin catalog. I want to hear reality so that I can collect useful information and then pass it on. I might be jaded (imagine that!) but I just cant trust someone that became a pro by having connections within the industry.

This is true, there are several of us out here that don't have the "perfect look" but are true to the bone hunters and take our equipment very seriously. I can pull back my bow and know as I am doing it if something is wrong. I make sure I am "very" in tune with my equipment, checking it over before every hunt, 3-D shoot, or just putting around on my own course in my yard. I don't and won't allow anyone to set my pins or mess with my bow in anyway, except the pro at our local shop and he has to give me a good reason why it needs to be changed. I know when and where to find the game I am looking for, I know my own abilities and my weaknesses. I also thrive on a challenge, and will be the best I can be. I was taught that there is nothing in this world that I can not achieve if you really want it. With that said, there are a lot of men and women for that matter, that are intimidated by a women who knows her stuff. The hunting world has been a mans world and with the right representation women and our youth can be brought into in a positive way. I hate to see a whiner, and more times than not it is a women that is whining. This does not help the womens plight into the hunting world. In my book, it can not be handed over to you without the trials and errors. You have to earn it.

I dont have much use for Pro Shops since the Pro always seems to be gone while his $8. an hour flunky is running the show Worse yet.....the flunky is the Pro That pretty much sums it up We are alway lamenting about the state of our sport as it relates to falling numbers yet here lies the largest untaped resource that we could access Glad to have you as part of our community In my book, it can not be handed over to you without the trials and errors. Hey MTshooter. I am going to have to hook you up with my daugter to keep her interested in hunting. She seems to love it now but when boys come into the picture it may all change. this is her last year. I make her look after her own equipment and show her how to keep it in good shap but she has to do the work and she seems to love it. Here is my other up and coming hunter. He was my pack mule that day. They will both shoot bow from time to time as well and if they would stay with it they could get better than me. Wait that would not take much. anyway welcome aboard.
