I love that chart you posted mahly 200 gr. difference and 1/8" less penetration ;D I know one thing is for sure.... College physics departments have gone through tons of cash grants to settle the discussion of Momentum v.s. Kinetic Energy and which is superior. None have proven their case to date in a manner that is indisputable by the other

Well...seeing that KE is measured in foot pounds, and Mo is in pounds/second. it would make sense that KE is the better gauge. It tells you how FAR (feet) it will go through a certain resistance (pound) Momentum basically tells you how long it will take (seconds) to stop the arrow. We can do the math to see how much more momentum the heavier arrows had....it is a significant difference.
