I just pack in a mile or so, but it almost killed me last year. I weighed 225 lbs and I am down to 208 lbs and feel a lot better already. Those deer better fear me.

I have been lifting weights for a while now. I need to do more cardio. As I always have been strong upper body and legs but I never burn any fat when lifting. I am going to switch from heavy to reps now. I was playing around at work in the gym last night and benched 200lbs for 45 reps. This is what I need to do. Less weight and more reps. This will keep my heart rate up and burn fat. I dont wanna run but I might have to!!! I always said I was never built to run. I will just stand there and fight. So if you ever see me running you might wanna run with me cause there is a serious problem wherever I just came from!!! *lol* HAHAHAAAA!!!! I hear that!!! Kind of like the Bomb Squad T-shirt, If you see me running, you better follow me... ;D I hear you about the reps vs. weight as well and I've been doing that more too along with riding the bike and eating better. I was 215 in April and I'm now back down to 197. All I've done differently is switched to Coors Light and eat more Subway and more Venison and no fast food anymore, unless it's a mallard of course.....

yes i'm trying to increase cardio and build leg strength, joined a gym, yuck!! but want to walk better on tundra last time i thought i was in great shape, lost great deal of weight, but when i walked across tundra legs gave out quick, told my body to go get cab, we'll wait here!!!!!
we will see this time!!

If it is you are the man :-*The most I ever did was 225 for 21 reps and that about killed me. I used to squat 225 for sets of 20 and you talk about wanting to crawl in a hole and die

yeah its was one set. I had my buddy there to spot me cause My arms started to get wobbly. I maxed out at 425 the other night on the bench. I was doing 365 for reps back in the day but now with age comes FAT. *lol* I just havent been working out like I was and this 12x8 shift doesnt help much.

I get in shape. 3 miles a day running. But not for the gigantic mountains in michigan. For Crew. I am going to be on the varsity rowing team next year and my Ergometer time is not too great. Like 7:15 for 2000M if any of you row.
