I agree with you BT you are correct. I wish I took pics to show what happened to me. I did find that on two out of three heads the blade retainment system(the o-ring) doesn't hold the blades firm enough for to stop the blades from opening in flight and the little seat cut on the blade were the o-ring holds the blade shut was not consistent with them causing some to hold just fine while others had a hard time holding the blades in place. Also when the blades are stored away I found I needed to open them up so the o-ring didn't compress causing the o-ring to not be able to hold the blades in place also. If your going to us these heads please inspect the o-ring carefully for failure ( cracks, brakes ,etc.) This is what I feel caused at least the loss of one deer I shot with these heads. If they work for your set up great, but I won,t be using them anymore.

I switchet to rage last year mid season because of my cousin.We have a very generous bag limit here in Ky(unlimited does in our zone) and he killed 10 deer. I used to shoot spit fires and before that shock waves I always check O-rings you can leave a spare on the shaft of the arrow behind the broadhead also.
