Ok fellas, I went out to the 52 acre piece I lease and went looking for some white oaks that were dropping. Trust me that wasnt hard to do. All of them were dropping heavy. While I was looking around for the tree with the most sighn I found a corn pile. I called all of the guys and found out it was my buddy steve and he said for me to hunt it. It was smack dab in the middle of the white oaks. I found a good looking pine down wind and climbed up. I wish it was further away but thats all I had.
Around 6:45pm I heard a deer walking in teh leaves. ( man do I miss the noise they make in the hard woods. The pine tree farms are way different) I look to my left and in a hole I ranged at 35yds stood a nice doe. I stood up and readied myself. She came to the corn that was 11yds. I went to draw and my elbow hit my bag and as it slid on the bark made the god awfull pine bark crunch. She was on alert and not moving a muscle. The deer was quartering to me at 13yds and I was at full draw. I held forever and then decided to slip my arrow between her shoulder blades. THWACK was the sound I heard as the deer belowed and fell in a pile. My shot hit right where I was aiming. The arrow was sticking out of both sides, top and bottom. Here are some pic's. My broadhead and arrow made it out alive this time.
Here are some pic's of the entance, cavity damage and broadhead.
This is the entance hole.

This is the hole inside the cavity where the arrow broke her back.
The head sliced the heart and a lung on the way through.
Here is the head. It had only one bent blade. The tip of the head was sticking out of the bottom of the deer just below the brisket plate.
