Was out yesterday, baits cleaned out, saw 5 or 6 different bears, one boar was a pope and young, probably 18 incher and another one was close to that size, I am looking for a 20+ inch bear.

After yesterday I won't be using the rage 2 blade, I noticed that 2 heads were open in my quiver(I was carefull when I put them in the quiver not to push them in to far) after close inspection I noticed the O ring were all cracked almost weathered looking? Already this morning I was on the phone with cabela,s exchanging them for 2 bladed snyper's.
Bears won against the rage but I don't think they will be so lucky against the snypers:^)

Have not hunted since may 29, re-baited once gotta love those fuel prices! Bait sites are crazy, probably feeding 30 bears at each site. 1000 lbs of bait at each site not even lasting one week! I am off work now for 9 days, just waiting for a good wind and I am there, keep you all posted..........Jason

Everything came together on thursday, the day was not looking good, cool, constant rain, but wind was light and perfect for the location, as soon as we got into the camos the rain stopped and it did not rain again for the entire sit. This was the 11th bear to visit the bait that evening, and I am pretty sure he was the bear leaving the big sign.
First shot was 20 yards, and he ran toward the stand and right under us! He stopped at ten yards behind the stand and I put another arrow in him as I felt the first shot was high. He just colapsed, first shot ended up being perfect. Again the snypers performed flawless, since I started using them, almost every thing drops within site, I am loosing my blood trailing skills:^)
Again I will need help posting the pics, last time I just emailed them to a couple of the moderators and they posted for me. Thanks.........Jason
