Spitfire Edge vs. 200lb. PA buck

I just returned from hunting both Ohio and PA. Here is the PA buck I took on Monday. I rattled him in and then closed the deal with a True Talker grunt. Bucks were just starting to get up on their feet and looking for a fight. Spitfire performed as always...reliable and deadly. In the excitement, I forgot to take pics of the blood trail. It was a massive runway that left little trailing work. The shot was at 24 yards from 22 feet up. He managed to make it 80 yards...only because it was a steep downhill run. Massive neck and head on this old boy.

Thanks guys! Not saying he has the biggest rack in the land, but he does look much better in person. The huge head and neck tend to make that rack look a little puny. Of course, my definition of success is fooling a mature buck..he qualifies and I feel blessed to have him.
