That's as good as my story. a few years ago I was deer hunting a property about a mile down the road and I saw a nice pheasant. I shot him at 30yds and watched him fall. I was so pumped that I drove straight to the taxidermist.
The next day my father tells me that the neighbor across the street(where we hunt) had 3 pheasants that he had living with his chickens and peacocks. They had turned up missing 3 days before I shot mine....So now I have his pheasant mounted in my living room!
Hey, it was 3 days and a mile away later!

Well, Bt and I sat all morning. We heard a gobble or two waaaaaaaay off in the distance. Never heard or saw anything after that. we did see a few deer and BT managed to take this mean critter.

way to go bt. *lol* I came home the other day and I saw one run under my shed. It wont be long for that guy. He thinks he is slick. I guess he wasnt here when I use to practice out of my upstairs window. It wont be long and he will end up the same way.
