We have gotten feral hogs in KS over the years. In several areas there are significant populations. I was getting ready to try my hand at it hunting them because they were legal to hunt as an unregulated animal, but then the legislature decided to make it illegal (crazy, I know, but they have - I can go into more detail if anyone likes). Anyhow, I had done a lot of research on the boards and a lot of folks swore by using diesel fuel soaked gunny sacks strapped to trees. They said the hogs liked to rub on them.?.?
