Well, just looking at the picture and knowing my bow and my abilities, I would prefer more of a quartering away shot so I can aim at the offside shoulder but say take the shot. But some how not knowing the full picture I somehow think there is something I am missing and you have a catch to the whole thing

This one I'd wait on a tad...looks like he might pass a bit more to your left and in doing so hopefull turn that shoulder away instead of toward you. Vitals are pretty well blocked by that front shoulder. First glance says it is broadside...closer inspection says hard quartering to, because of the leading shoulder angle.

If you look at the front legs you will then see the curve in mid body. The goat is facing toward you with it's hind legs facing side too you...as if in a half circule...sort of
